CityJabber
Remove Logins & Data Deletion Instructions
Use this page if you want to remove access connected through Google or Facebook, request deletion of your CityJabber account, or ask for deletion of personal data tied to your account.
How to remove a connected login
- Sign in to your CityJabber account.
- Open your account settings or profile settings page.
- Review the connected sign-in methods on your account.
- If you no longer want to use Google or Facebook login, remove access from the provider side and update your CityJabber login method if needed.
You can also remove CityJabber from the provider directly:
- Google: open your Google account, review third-party access, and remove CityJabber from connected apps.
- Facebook: open Facebook settings, review Business Integrations or Apps and Websites, and remove CityJabber.
How to request account or data deletion
- Send a deletion request using the contact or support method provided for CityJabber operations.
- Include the email address tied to your CityJabber account.
- If your request involves a Google or Facebook login, mention which provider was used.
- We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before taking action.
Once verified, we will review and process the request within a reasonable time, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, moderation, and security retention needs.
What may be deleted
- Account profile details tied to your CityJabber account
- Stored login identifiers received from approved login providers
- Personal data not required for legal compliance, abuse prevention, billing, moderation, or security records
What may be retained
- Fraud-prevention, abuse, moderation, and security logs
- Records needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
- Limited technical records required to document the deletion request itself
Important note
Removing CityJabber from Google or Facebook stops future sign-in access through that provider, but it does not automatically delete your CityJabber account or content already stored on our platform. A separate account or data deletion request may still be needed.
