By using CityJabber, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who may use the service
You must be able to form a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws to use CityJabber. You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and activity that happens under your account.
Your content
You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, profile details, questions, answers, comments, and other content. You keep ownership of your content, but by posting it on CityJabber, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and use that content to operate, promote, and improve the service.

CityJabber may display business information, map data, hours, contact details, and other material from third-party or public sources. We do not guarantee that third-party information is complete, current, or error-free.

Termination

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CityJabber and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CityJabber after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
